Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, the type of plan you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record the date and time of your submission, and if you check the consent box, a record of that consent.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived). We advertise on Google Search and use Google Ads conversion measurement to see which ads lead to enquiries. We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use Meta's advertising and measurement tools, including the Meta pixel, to measure how that advertising performs. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect an anonymized IP address and device identifiers. We do not pass your name, email address or phone number to Google or Meta.
We do not knowingly collect health information, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not include such information in the message field.

How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are stored on our server for up to one year and then automatically deleted. During that time they are accessible only to Charley through a password-protected page, so she can follow up on your inquiry. Where you have given consent to be contacted, we keep a record of that consent — the wording you agreed to, and the date and time — for longer, because we are required to be able to evidence it. A copy of your inquiry is also delivered to Charley by email and may be retained longer where required for insurance recordkeeping.
Calls and texts
If you provide a phone number and consent, Charley may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about life insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to be removed from all contact by calling 229-237-7003 or emailing the address below.
